S&L has been shortlisted for Planning Team of the Year at NW Business Insider’s Lancashire Property Awards at the forthcoming November event in Blackpool.

Held at Winter Gardens’ cutting-edge conference and exhibition centre, the event is attended by over 300 industry professionals, which recognises the region’s leading firms in the property industry. Last year, the S&L team scooped the award at the inaugural event, with judges acknowledging the firm’s significant scale and quality of work, given its size. It was also praised for its focus on adding value to complex and challenging projects.

More recently the firm has been involved in prominent projects across the region, including a £40 million 30 storey tower block in Preston, which would be the tallest building in the county, a £10 million affordable housing project in Lancaster for South Lakes Housing, and the team has been advising the NHS on the redevelopment of a 106-acre site in the Ribble Valley.
